Welcome to the iMaxWebSolutions Help Center. Click on any of the buttons below to find out what help topics are available for that major area of iMaxWebSolutions. Next to each button you will find a description of what types of things you can do in that area. The left navigation bar also contains links to the help areas for each button. Subscribers, Teams, and Members login and logout of their web sites with these buttons.

Subscribers, Teams, and Members can select any properties and 1) save them to their "Hot Properties" file, 2) add personal notes, 3) direct ?Hot Property? Alerts to their email / cell phone when a property?s price or status changes, 4) make showing appointments and 5) view listing sheets.

A. Subscribers can display both IDX* and VOW* searches.
B. IDX Users can 1) view listing sheets, 2) view slide show, 3) email Subscriber, 4) request information or a showing and 5) use the loan calculator.
C. VOW Users have can do the above plus 1) receive daily email property alerts, 2) save "Hot Properties," 3) email listing sheet links to anyone, 4) map properties, 5) calculate mortgage payments, 6) use the ?More Search Options? function to refine searches, 7) save searches and 8) send Instant Property Alerts to their cell phone or email.
D. Subscribers / Teams can do the above plus 1) view property activity report, 2) email listing sheets to anyone, 3) email search results to anyone, and 4) edit separate Search Town Lists for themselves, IDX Users, VOW Members, and ?Relos.?

Logged in Subscribers, Teams, and Members can modify their own Preferences.
A. Members can modify their 1) contact data, 2) login data, 3) property email searches, 4) email options, 5) advanced searches, 6) search towns and 7) can view prior property email searches.
B. Subscribers and Teams can do the above plus 1) modify billing information, 2) view invoices, 3) view the subscriber agreement, 4) access Help information.


Web Mail In addition to unlimited email forwarding accounts branded with the Subscriber?s domain name, iMax provides each Subscriber and Team with a free Web Mail account branded with the Subscriber?s domain name. Web Mail is accessible world wide via the internet. After enabling Web Mail, users go to http://webmail.imaxsales.net and login to their Web Mail account.

The Mail system 1) records all personal email sent and received thru the iMax system [It does not track bulk mail sent via Broadcasting], 2) automatically sends welcome messages to new Members, 3) sends email or cell phone alert to Subscribers when: new Members register, when Members or Visitors request showings or information, when Members change search towns, and when a Member registers on another iMax Subscriber?s web site.

Broadcast Subscribers and Teams can ?broadcast? email messages to all members or selected Members. Broadcast emails can include any ?Hot Properties,? selected properties, and Subscriber web pages.

Subscribers and Teams can 1) add or edit Members, 2) find Members using 24 search criteria, 3) add or edit Member Follow-Ups, 4) review Member emails sent through iMax, 5) find the most active Members with the Hot Leads button, 6) find all members by search criteria using the Reverse Member Search function, 7) assign members to different Team Associates, 8) control Member access, 9) view member searches and ?Hot Properties,? and 10) globally modify all selected Members.

Quickly produce quality CMAs that 1) are saved on- line, 2) are branded, 3) are instantly updated whenever a property?s price or status changes, 4) allow adjustments for property variances, 5) allow adding or changing any property photos, 6) permit editing property data, and 7) can include FBO?s by modifying any existing MLS property. CMA?s are printed as PDF documents for easy emailing and archiving. CMA?s can also include the Principles Of Proper Pricing, Sales Trends, Town Sales Summary, Town Actives Summary, and Absorption Rates reports.

From this control center, Subscribers can easily modify and customize their web sites. No knowledge of HTML is required, but raw HTML coding is supported for those who know it. Subscribers can 1) have unlimited pages, 2) have multiple domains, 3) create separate home pages for each domain, 4) upload and display images, 5) upload and deliver any type of document, 6) create, edit and delete web pages, 7) modify the header, footer, sidebar and menu bar, 8) edit the default page settings, 9) modify the site?s branding, 10) duplicate and modify any web page, 11) download images and pages from the iMax Library.

With this tool, Subscribers can add an unlimited number of agents to their Team and control their access to the web site.

This array of tools controls general Email, Member and MLS settings as well as downloading Member information into various file formats.
A. Email Controls include 1) editing the email signature, 2) editing the email header and footer, 3) selecting the Subscriber?s branded email address, 4) Managing email accounts and web mail account.
B. Member Controls include 1) setting new Member Search Option, 2) defining Member search towns, 3) activating Auto-Enable new Members, and 4) editing Member email and web site messages.
C. MLS Controls 1) enable IDX searches, 2) define IDX search towns, and 3) add Agents and Office MLS Access.
D. Member Download Settings define the Member contact and search settings that can be downloaded into various file formats for easy uploading into other programs.


iMax provides 1) numerous website activity reports, 2) real estate market reports used for CMA?s, 3) an Agent Sales Activity report to evaluate any agent?s production, 4) a search tool to find MLS agents and offices, and 5) settings for Member Activity Reports that are emailed to Subscriber daily.
