How to Use Your RE/MAX agent?s web site
The buttons at the top of the screen are the key to using the web site:

??Hot Properties

  • If this is your first visit, you will not have any hot properties yet.

  • A hot property is a property you want to save for quick and easy retrieval. You can view all of your current hot properties by clicking the ?Hot Properties? button at the top of the screen.

  • When a hot property changes status or price, you will receive an email or cell phone alert providing you with this information. (To use this feature, you need to enable these alert options in the ?My Preferences? area ? see below for instructions)

  • To add a hot property, first run a property search or click on a property link in a property search alert email. Next, if you are on the property search results page, click the ?hot prop +? link next to the property you wish to add. If you are on the detail page for a specific property, you will see a drop down menu in the upper right that says ?Actions Menu.? Select ?Add to My Hot Properties? from this menu.

??Email Agent

  • Throughout the system, you will see various links and buttons related to emailing your real estate agent or requesting information. For your convenience, there is also an ?Email Agent? button at the top of the screen that always displays if you are logged in. Click this button to easily send email to your real estate agent.
